At the 2014 Auto Expo, Honda India debuted the PCX 125 scooter. This was the Japanese manufacturer's first premium scooter to be shown in India. Honda's proprietary upgraded Smart Power, smart navigation, and theft-resistant technology are among the PCX125's standout features. The scooter is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with a start-stop technology that helps save gasoline and improves fuel economy. The fuel-injected engine is paired with a V-Matic transmission. The front brakes are a 220mm hydraulic disc with a combined 3-piston calliper, while the rear brakes are a 130mm drum brake. The PCX 125 has a kerb weight of 124.4kg and can carry 6.2 litres of fuel in one go.
