Follow us onHyundai has launched the Aura compact sedan and priced it from Rs 6.29 lakh-8.87 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The update brings a revised fascia but the car remains the same from the sides and the rear. Furthermore, the Aura gets new additions to the equipment list like a new instrument cluster, Type-C charging ports and footwell lighting. We take a closer look at what features are being offered with each trim.
The Aura comes in five trims – E, S, SX, SX+ and SX (O). All come with the 83hp, 114Nm, 1.2-litre petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. This engine is also equipped with a 5-speed AMT gearbox but that is only available with the SX+ trim.
As before, Hyundai is offering a factory-fitted CNG kit on the Aura, which churns out 69hp and 95Nm of torque. In CNG-spec, it gets only a manual gearbox and is offered with the S and SX trims.
Following is the list of features you will get on the new Aura's trims.

The facelifted Aura will rival the Tata Tigor (Rs 6.10 lakh-8.84 lakh), Honda Amaze (Rs 6.89 lakh-9.48 lakh) and the Maruti Suzuki Dzire (Rs 6.24 lakh-9.18 lakh) in the compact sedan segment.
