Audi gave the A8L a midlife-cycle facelift in July 2022 with minor revisions to the exterior and interior styling. The A8L now gets two trim levels - Celebration and Technology. Like before, it still gets a sole 3.0-litre petrol motor paired to an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox and Quattro all-wheel drive technology, but this time there is more equipment on offer, including predictive suspension and OLED lighting.

The Audi A8 L appeals to the CEO who likes modern tech at the forefront of their vehicle. With loads of chrome on the exterior, it’s more in your face than ever, but still has that sharply cut look typical of an Audi. The interior is a lot subtler, and not quite as flamboyant as some rivals, but then it’s all about the tech. It’s also a tremendous luxury car, with superb seats, incredible refinement and impeccable ride quality.
